  I was heading to grab Subway after a very long day and really didn't have a lot of time. Upon arriving, there was a gentleman working I believe his name was Ray. Ray was dealing with a few difficult customers but he remained calm even though I had a bit of wait. I struck up a conversation with him when it was my turn and he seemed very apologetic for the environment and even offered me a discount for the occurrence that had happened. Great guy really represents Subway very well!

  The employees are so indifferent and incompetent here I thought I was being secretly filmed for a prank video. I had to repeat my choices several times for each topping. The cashier reeked like and ashtray and was surley when I asked for the toys for the kid packs I had ordered. It must be tough to find good help.
